Principal and Owner
Phil brings 23 years of business experience to his consulting practice. Previous to his six years of leading P3 Analytics, Phil gained five years of consulting experience at Merkle. On the client side, he worked for nine years at Citi, and three years at Sony. His expertise is in the formation and communication of mathematical solutions, and their translation into everyday situations. Phil has an MA in Economics (NYU) and an MS in Statistics (UConn).
Director of Game Analytics
Alexander is a game designer with a unique background spanning 12 years in both game development and analytics consulting. He has experience in data-driven game development, simulation modeling, and systems design. He has a BA in Economic History (UPenn) and an MFA in Game Design (NYU). Alexander is also an adjunct professor at the Parsons School of Design and NYU Game Center, where he teaches classes in game design.
Senior Analyst of Data Science and Visualization
Xinxin has an MS in Operations Research (Columbia University) and a BS in Mathematics & Economics (UC San Diego). She is an experienced programmer (Python, SQL, Tableau) with significant experience in statistical data analytics and data visualization. Prior to P3 Analytics, Xinxin had accrued 2 years of work experience, the most significant of which was spent at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc.
Manager of Programming
Jeff has 7 years of business experience. Before joining P3 Analytics, Jeff worked at M&T as a risk analyst. He is skilled in programming and data mining. Jeff has an MS in Applied and Computational Mathematics (Buffalo State).
Manager of Reporting and Analytics
Eric has 10 years of experience managing and executing digital strategy and analytics for companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 including Under Armour, Capital One, and Ledbury. Additionally, Eric has consulting experience with Lumber Liquidators and General Motors as well as experience as an independent business owner. Eric has an MA in Management (Wake Forest) and an AB in Economics (Princeton).
Huiqing has over 13 years of experience in research and higher education. She applies strong statistical data analytics and problem-solving skills to reporting and project implementation. Huiqing has a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and PhD in Forestry Economics (Stephen F. Austin State University).
